DOTA's Mission

The mission of Delaware Occupational Therapy Association is:

to serve the interests of our members,
to improve and advance the practice of OT,
to further the education and qualifications of practitioners,
to maintain high standards of practice,
to foster research and study of occupational therapy,
to represent the profession of OT to the public,
to promote access to occupational therapy services, and
to engage in other activities to further the dissemination of knowledge of the practice known as occupational therapy.
